Inox Wind Energy rises on getting nod to raise up to Rs 90 crore

Inox Wind Energy has received an approval to issue 10.62 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 847 per unit to raise up to Rs 90 crore. The board of directors of Inox Wind Energy at its meeting held on December 27, 2021, has approved the same.
