Inox Wind gains on raising Rs 52.50 crore via NCPRPS

Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 213.05, up by 1.65 points or 0.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 211.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 213.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 214.50 and Rs. 210.60 respectively. So far 21030 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 220.15 on 27-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.15 on 28-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 220.15 and Rs. 190.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6945.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.66% and 25.34% respectively.

Inox Wind has raised Rs 52.50 crore though the allotment of 5,25,00,000 - 0.01% Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Participating, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10 each of the Company (NCPRPS) fully paid-up, at par, on private placement basis to Inox Wind Energy, Holding and Promoter Company. The ‘IWL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations' of the Company in their meeting held on July 27, 2023 has allotted the same.
