The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 10.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.27 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.46 per cent at Rs 180.01 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 210.43 crore in the corresponding period last year. During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.53 per cent to Rs 154.05 crore from Rs 186.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 0.08 crore). Operating Profit surged by 9.81 per cent to Rs 25.96 crore as against Rs 23.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.41 per cent in December quarter. Interest declined by 41.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.40 per cent at Rs 4.86 crore (Dec'19 Rs 3.21 crore).
