IIFL Finance trades higher on the BSE
IIFL Finance is currently trading at Rs. 280.95, up by 3.15 points or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 277.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 272.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 288.10 and Rs. 264.80 respectively. So far 64741 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 292.00 on 25-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 58.15 on 03-Jun-2020.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 292.00 and Rs. 217.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10625.23 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.09% and 56.93% respectively.
IIFL Finance is going to launch a public issue of bonds next week to raise to Rs 1,000 crore to augment its capital base. Backed by Fairfax and CDC Group, IIFL Finance will issue unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), with a base issue size of Rs 100 crore and a green-shoe option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 900 crore, aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore.
