IndoStar Capital Finance has raised Rs 225 crore through the allotment of 25,500 - Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for cash, at par, (Debentures) on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated May 15, 2023, approved allotment of the same.
