Jet Freight Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 10.79, up by 0.20 points or 1.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 10.59 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 10.59 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 10.89 and Rs. 10.59 respectively. So far 7014 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 31.36 on 19-May-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.37 on 10-May-2023.

Jet Freight Logistics has acquired shares of the company named ‘Vank Global Services’ (VANK) representing 51% holding in VANK. The acquisition got completed with effect from May 15, 2023 on the payment of consideration and stamp duty. The acquisition is for vertical integration and increasing the scale of business.

VANK is engaged in the import and export of fresh fruits and vegetables, coconuts, ground nuts, products of plantation, horticulture, agriculture, and farm products.
