IndoStar Capital Finance gains on planning to raise funds upto Rs 7500 crore through NCDs

Indostar Capital Finance is currently trading at Rs. 174.50, up by 1.15 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 173.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 173.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 177.45 and Rs. 171.00 respectively. So far 24333 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 197.50 on 26-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 104.10 on 03-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 177.45 and Rs. 148.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2369.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.03% and 21.97% respectively.

IndoStar Capital Finance is planning to raise funds not exceeding Rs 7500 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in year through private placement. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 02, 2023, inter-alia to consider the same.
