Indiamart Intermesh inches up on inking pact to invest Rs 3 crore in Truckhall through arm
Indiamart Intermesh is currently trading at Rs. 5998.45, up by 12.10 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 5986.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 5986.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6020.00 and Rs. 5948.15 respectively. So far 548 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6101.30 on 04-May-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3676.05 on 06-Jul-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6101.30 and Rs. 5607.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18326.96 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.22% and 18.56% respectively.
Indiamart Intermesh has indirectly through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tradezeal Online (hereinafter referred as ‘Tradezeal’), has entered into an agreement to invest Rs 3 crore by subscribing to 30,000 0.0001% Compulsorily Convertible Debentures in Truckhall (hereinafter referred as ‘SuperProcure’).
This investment shall be in line with the Company’s long term objective of offering various software as a service (SAAS) based solutions for businesses.
