Nifty futures closed at 17655 on a negative note with 26.98% decrease in the open interest indicating Long Unwinding.
Nifty Futures closed at a discount of 2 points compared to the previous day premium of 2 points.
BankNifty closed at 41111 on negative note with 21.62% decrease in open interest indicating Long Unwinding.
BankNifty Futures closed at a discount of 12 points compared to the previous day discount of 35 points.
FII's were Buyers in Index Futures to the tune of 53 and were Sellers in Index Options to the tune of 5155 crores, Buyers in the Stock Futures to the tune of 2991 crores. Net Sellers in the derivative segment to the tune of 2139 crores.
In cash Segment, FII Sold 247 CR & DII Bought 873 CR
