FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per April 17 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8431.65 crore against gross selling of Rs 7627.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 804.35 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1480.26 crore against gross selling of Rs 717.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 763.08 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.21 crore against gross selling of Rs 1.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 3.86 crore in hybrid segment.
