IndiGo flies high on getting DGCA`s nod to operate new international flights

Interglobe Aviation is currently trading at Rs. 2456.95, up by 18.60 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 2438.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2450.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2462.00 and Rs. 2431.25 respectively. So far 11032 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2499.95 on 20-Jun-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1559.75 on 21-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2499.95 and Rs. 2370.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 94806.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 29.93% and 2.21% respectively.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has given its permission to InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) to operate new international flights from August. IndiGo had sought the regulator's nod to introduce air connectivity to Georgia's capital Tbilisi from New Delhi. The company’s operations on Delhi-Tbilisi route with effect from August 7 have been approved.

InterGlobe Aviation provides air transportation services in India and internationally. The company primarily operates IndiGo passenger airline.
