IRB Infrastructure Developers surges as its arm executes concession agreement with NHAI

IRB Infrastructure Developers is currently trading at Rs. 28.43, up by 0.51 points or 1.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 27.92 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 27.93 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 28.45 and Rs. 27.93 respectively. So far 356061 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 35.00 on 22-Feb-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.91 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 28.80 and Rs. 27.27 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17132.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.53% and 10.28% respectively.

IRB Infrastructure Developers’ wholly-owned subsidiary--Samakhiyali Tollway has executed concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for Samakhiyali Santalpur Build, operate, transfer (BOT) project in Gujarat. It is a 6-lane project of 90.90 kilometres stretch on NH27 with the cost outlay of project is Rs 2,132 crore. The project has concession period of 20 years from appointed date, including 2 years construction period.

IRB Infrastructure Developers undertakes development of various infrastructure projects in the road sector through several special purpose vehicles.
