NBCC (India) surges on entering into memorandum of understanding with IFCI

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 133.10, up by 0.75 points or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 132.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 132.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.00 and Rs. 128.55 respectively. So far 1126996 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 176.50 on 05-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.96 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.85 and Rs. 128.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23850.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.86% and 23.38% respectively.

NBCC (India) and IFCI have entered into the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on February 28, 2024 for ‘Planning, Designing and Execution of Infrastructure Projects as well as repair/renovation works for IFCI's properties on Pan-India basis’. The approximate value of works to be executed under this MoU is Rs 150 crore.
