ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has informed that the Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, Investment Manager to the schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Mutual Fund) and ICICI Prudential Trust, Trustees to the Mutual Fund have decided to merge ICICI Prudential Bharat Consumption Fund - Series 3 and ICICI Prudential Bharat Consumption Fund - Series 4 (Merging Schemes) into ICICI Prudential Bharat Consumption Fund (Surviving Scheme). The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its communication dated September 21, 2021 has accorded its no-objection to the aforesaid proposal. This notice cum addendum therefore is to inform the unit holders of the aforesaid proposed merger in terms of the prevailing regulatory requirements.
