ICICI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
The AMC is opening its Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) at the below mentioned address with effect from September 8, 2022. Address: Ground Floor, 301, Pai Mansion, 5, Padma Nagar, Ramachandra Lane, Evershine Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai- 400064.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
