ICICI Bank moves up on inking MoU with Santander UK

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs. 716.50, up by 5.25 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 711.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 719.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 719.50 and Rs. 715.00 respectively. So far 13973 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 859.70 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 592.00 on 14-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 742.95 and Rs. 704.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 494349.25 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 88.77% and 11.23% stake respectively in the company.

ICICI Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Santander UK Plc, a premier British bank, for collaboration towards the banking requirements of UK corporates operating in India. The MoU establishes a framework of partnership between the banks for financial service requirements of the corporate customers in the India - UK corridor.

ICICI Bank will provide banking solutions across trade, cross-border payments, supply chain, treasury solutions and retail banking to the UK corporates operating in India. Santander UK will support Indian corporates and new age businesses for their banking requirements in UK.
