FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 12 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15627.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 15759.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 131.40 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1974.69 crore with gross sales of Rs 6071.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4096.52 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 2529.33 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 59.71 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1507.48 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 42.37 crore against gross selling of Rs 21.13 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 21.24 crore in hybrid segment.
