HSBC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended target maturity index fund named ‘HSBC SDL plus AAA PSU 2027 Index Fund'. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10. Entry load and Exit load will be nil. The Scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked with CRISIL IBX 60:40 SDL Plus AAA PSU Index-September 2027. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is provide returns corresponding to the total returns of the securities as represented by the CRISIL IBX 60:40 SDL Plus AAA PSU Index-September 2027 before expenses, subject to tracking errors.
