Highlights:

* Invests in constituents of Nifty Midcap 150 Index that represents the next 150 companies (ranked 101-250) based on full market capitalisation from Nifty 500 Index.

* Investors can avail the benefit of investing at ease via Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) or Systematic Transfer Plan (STP).

Mumbai, December 03, 2021: ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched ICICI Prudential Midcap 150 Index Fund. The offering aims to provide returns that closely correspond to the total return of Nifty Midcap 150 index, subject to tracking errors. Nifty Midcap Index has consistently outperformed Nifty 50 TRI and Nifty Smallcap 250 TRI over the last 10 years (Data as on 24 Nov, 2021, Source MFIE). The index has provided better returns than the the Nifty 50 index 7 of the last 10 calendar years (Data as on 24 Nov, 2021, Source MFIE).

Speaking on the launch of the product, Mr. Chintan Haria, Head- Product Development & Strategy, ICICI Prudential AMC said, “ICICI Prudential Midcap 150 Index Fund will provide investors exposure to midcap segment of the market, as the Scheme will invest in well diversified Nifty Midcap index constituents spread across key industries. By investing in this Fund, investors can participate in the growth story of many of the midcap stocks that have the potential of becoming large caps”.
