HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum of Scheme(s) of HDFC MF.
HDFC MF (Mutual Fund) has informed that the following Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) of the Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), Registrar and Transfer Agent designated as Limited Transaction Point (LTP) will act as the Investor Service Centre (ISC) for all the Schemes of HDFC MF including HDFC Arbitrage Fund, HDFC Liquid Fund and HDFC Overnight Fund with effect from March 21, 2023 (‘effective date’). Address: CAMS Service Centre 351, Icon, 501, 5th Floor, Western Express Highway, Andheri - East, Mumbai - 400069, Maharashtra.
Accordingly, transactions viz. purchase/redemption/ switch requests received for all Schemes of HDFC MF will be accepted at the above mentioned OPA of CAMS from the effective date. This addendum shall form an integral part of the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum of Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time.
