HDFC AMC announces Change in Responsibilities and Fund Managers
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes and the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
It has informed about the changes in Key Personnel & changes in Responsibilities of Key Personnel of HDFC AMC and Changes in Fund Managers under HDFC Flexi Cap Fund, HDFC Top 100 Fund & HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund. Details regarding the above said changes are attached.
All other terms and conditions of the SID, KIM and SAI will remain unchanged.
