Greenpanel Industrie Q1 net profit zooms 166.50% at Rs 76.14 cr
The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 76.14 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 28.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 166.50 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 50.63 per cent at Rs 464.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 308.03 crore in the corresponding period last year. During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.54 per cent to Rs 335.36 crore from Rs 242.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1053.23 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore versus (Jun'21 Rs 0.62 crore). Operating Profit surged by 94.98 per cent to Rs 128.65 crore as against Rs 65.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.46 per cent in June quarter. Interest declined by 76.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 247.59 per cent at Rs 40.32 crore (Jun'21 Rs 11.60 crore).
