GAIL gains on getting nod to increase capacity of Gurdaspur Jammu Natural Gas Pipeline
GAIL (India) is currently trading at Rs. 117.85, up by 1.40 points or 1.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 116.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 116.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 118.00 and Rs. 116.25 respectively. So far 227348 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 122.85 on 31-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 83.00 on 26-Sep-2022.

GAIL (India) has received approval for increase in capacity of the Gurdaspur Jammu Natural Gas Pipeline. The approval is to add 2.66 MMSCMD capacity in three years with an investment of Rs 521.92 crore. The investment will be financed through debt and equity. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 26, 2023, has approved the same.
