Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 621.00, up by 17.35 points or 2.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 603.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 608.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 627.00 and Rs. 608.05 respectively. So far 64169 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1061.70 on 21-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 512.80 on 28-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 627.00 and Rs. 552.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7898.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.49% and 39.05% respectively.

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation's material subsidiary -- Performance Chemiserve has signed two Gas Purchase agreements with GAIL (India). With these agreements, Company’s total Gas requirements for the next three years have been tied up with a gas basket consisting of a combination of Brent, HH & domestic linked, to give a risk-mitigated basket.

The HH index linked contract is for supply of 10.15 million MMBTU of Natural Gas (NG) over an approximately 3 years period. The gas contract is for the supply of 5.82 million MMBTU of Natural Gas (NG) over an approximately 3-year period.
