Crompton Greaves Consumer rises on bagging order worth Rs 22.26 crore

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is currently trading at Rs. 290.05, up by 2.00 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 288.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 290.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 296.90 and Rs. 289.75 respectively. So far 112710 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 327.80 on 15-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 251.25 on 26-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.90 and Rs. 286.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18605.28 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 83.56% and 16.44% stake in the company respectively.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has bagged an order for 469 Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping System (SWPS) with value of Rs 22.26 crore, for supply, installation, and commissioning of Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) with PV Modules under the esteemed PM-KUSUM Scheme at various location across the State of Haryana. The said order is to be executed within 120 days from the date of issue of Notice to Proceed (NTP) / work order. 

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals manufactures and markets a wide spectrum of consumer products ranging from fans, light sources and luminaires, pumps and household appliances, such as geysers, mixer grinders, toasters and irons.
