G R Infraprojects inches up on forming wholly owned subsidiary

GR Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 1544.00, up by 7.35 points or 0.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 1536.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1510.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1557.70 and Rs. 1486.55 respectively. So far 2294 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2277.00 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1249.70 on 07-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1597.30 and Rs. 1486.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14857.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 86.54%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.05% and 3.41% respectively.

G R Infraprojects has formed a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of 'GR Bhimasar Bhuj Highway' on April 15, 2022 in the state of Rajasthan. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company for ‘Upgradation to Four Lane with Paved Shoulder of NH 341 from Bhimasar, Junction of NH-41 to Anjar - Bhuj upto Airport Junction, Km 0.000 to Km 65.478 in the State of Gujarat on Hybrid Annuity Mode.’ The Company will subscribe Equity Shares of GR Bhimasar Bhuj Highway at face value of Rs 10 each.

G R Infraprojects is an integrated road EPC company with experience in design and construction of various road/highway projects across many States in India.
