Fusion Micro Finance has debuted at Rs 360.50 on the BSE, down by 7.50 points or 2.04% from its issue price of Rs 368.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 349.40, down by 18.60 points or 5.05% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 364.35 and Rs 345.00 respectively. So far 2.65 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 02, 2022 and November 4, 2022 was subscribed 2.95 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 368 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 350-368 apiece.
Fusion Micro Finance has been founded with the core idea of creating opportunities at the bottom of the pyramid, and it does so by providing financial services to unserved and underserved women in rural and peri-rural areas across India.
