TCM spurts on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company
TCM is currently trading at Rs. 47.85, up by 1.15 points or 2.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 46.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 47.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 47.85 and Rs. 46.00 respectively. So far 3020 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 58.10 on 28-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.45 on 15-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 49.25 and Rs. 44.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34.47 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.30% and 42.45% respectively.
TCM has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company on December 12, 2022 in the name of ‘TCM Solar’. The initial subscribed share capital of the said company would be Rs 1 lakh. Recently, on December 06, 2022, the board of the company had approved incorporation of this subsidiary.
Earlier, the company had incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company on August 18, 2022 in the name of ‘TCM Properties’.
TCM has been the manufacturers and suppliers of India's best copper sulphate and other industrial chemicals.
