Five Star Business Finance gains on getting nod to raise Rs 5000 crore through NCDs

Five Star Business Finance is currently trading at Rs. 537.35, up by 9.15 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 528.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 530.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 540.15 and Rs. 530.00 respectively. So far 110 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 687.25 on 07-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 448.20 on 21-Nov-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 557.50 and Rs. 521.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15640.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.16% and 52.97% respectively.

Five Star Business Finance has received approval to raise Rs 5000 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2023, has inter-alia considered and approved the same.

Five Star Business Finance is an NBFC-ND-SI providing secured business loans to micro-entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals.
