Five Star Business Finance has debuted at Rs 449.95 on the BSE, down by 24.05 points or 5.07% from its issue price of Rs 474.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 505.60, up by 31.60 points or 6.67% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 509.65 and Rs 448.20 respectively. So far 2.47 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 9, 2022 and November 11, 2022 was subscribed just 0.70 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 474 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 450-474 apiece.
Five Star Business Finance is an NBFC-ND-SI providing secured business loans to micro-entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals.
