“As expected the federal reserve has raised rates by another 75bps as it continues to deal with the worst outbreak of inflation in 40 years.
The federal reserve acknowledged that the future rate uptick will take into account cumulative rate hikes so far, the lags with which monetary policy affects economic activity and inflation as well as economic and financial developments.”
