One more lackluster day of trading in USDINR as the spot closed 6 paise higher at 74.80. Volumes remained lower than usual ahead of RBI monetary policy tomorrow. Rupee requires a hawkish policy to appreciate but a dovish continuation from RBI can be slightly negative for Rupee. We expect RBI to maintain a status quo on rates with a slightly hawkish policy statement. Over the near term a range of 74.50 and 75.20 is expected
