Coromandel International inches up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary
Coromandel International is currently trading at Rs. 902.65, up by 2.65 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 900.00 on the BSE.

Coromandel International has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Coromandel Technology’ on December 27, 2022. The wholly owned subsidiary company will be involved in Designing, Development and Manufacture of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), and UAV Mapping services, Robotics systems, Aerospace systems, Aircraft systems, Simulation and Augmented Virtual Reality Systems, Unmanned Ground Systems, Underwater systems, Security systems and associated training and skill development and Engineering services and to transport, logistics, surveillance, Robotic aerospace, navigation, etc. Coromandel Technology is yet to commence business.
