Choice International shines as its arm wins contract worth over Rs 60 crore

Choice International is currently trading at Rs. 272.15, up by 6.90 points or 2.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 265.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 269.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 272.60 and Rs. 269.40 respectively. So far 3794 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 299.00 on 03-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.15 on 23-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 280.00 and Rs. 264.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2639.56 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.09% and 34.46% respectively.

Choice International’s wholly owned subsidiary-- Choice Consultancy Services has won contracts amounting to approximately Rs 60 crore to provide support for various rural water supply schemes under Indian government’s Jal Jeevan Mission.

The scope of work for the contracts have been awarded for the state of Maharashtra for Project Management Consultancy Services. The estimated total project cost will be Rs 4800 crore and is expected to generate consultancy fees for Choice Group of Rs 60 crore to be executed over a period of 2 years.

Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
