Century Plyboards is currently trading at Rs. 600.00, up by 7.80 points or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 592.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 601.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 602.75 and Rs. 596.90 respectively. So far 812 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 714.95 on 18-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 229.35 on 31-Dec-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 626.85 and Rs. 572.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13285.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.20% and 8.76% respectively.

Century Plyboards (India) has incorporated a wholly owned Subsidiary namely ‘Century Infra’ at Kolkata on December 30, 2021. ‘Century Infra’ is incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary to carry out the business of Containers Freight Stations services, Container handling services, warehousing of imported and exported goods, storage and other related services. Subsidiarisation of this business would enable unlocking its growth potential.

Century Infra is incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with an initial subscription of 5,00,000 equity shares of Re 1 each.

Century Plyboards (India) is largest seller of plywood and decorative veneers in the Indian organized plywood market. The manufacturing facility of company is located at Bishnupur near Joka, Kolkata.
