Cineline India jumps on planning to raise funds

Cineline India is currently trading at Rs. 142.00, up by 1.70 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 140.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 146.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 147.30 and Rs. 141.40 respectively. So far 17850 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 174.75 on 28-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 41.30 on 14-Jun-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.30 and Rs. 124.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 461.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 65.39%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.05% and 34.56% respectively.

Cineline India is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of securities / warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company through permissible modes including preferential allotment, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required. A meeting of the Board of Directors of Cineline India is scheduled to be held on June 7, 2022, to consider, evaluate the same.
