Central Bank of India gains on reporting 68% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Central Bank of India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2022 (Q3FY23)
The bank has reported rise of 64.28% in its net profit at Rs 458.22 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 278.92 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 17.04% to Rs 7635.71 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6523.78 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported rise of 67.61% in its net profit at Rs 473.47 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 282.48 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 17.01% to Rs 7665.59 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6551.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
