The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 82.97 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 123.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.97 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.17 per cent at Rs 87.70 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 129.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.25 per cent to Rs 4.30 crore from Rs 5.46 crore in year ago period. Operating Profit slipped by 32.66 per cent to Rs 83.40 crore as against Rs 123.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.71 per cent in June quarter. Taxation increased by 514.29 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore (Jun'21 Rs 0.07 crore).
