Bharat Electronics surges on inking MoU with Meslova Systems
Bharat Electronics is currently trading at Rs. 106.10, up by 0.75 points or 0.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 106.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 107.00 and Rs. 105.15 respectively. So far 491744 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 115.00 on 15-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 61.15 on 29-Oct-2021.

Bharat Electronics (BEL) has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Meslova Systems, for cooperation in the areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI&ML) for air defence (AD) systems/platforms for the Armed Forces. Hyderabad-headquartered Meslova designs, develops and delivers domain-specific products and applications using artificial intelligence to some of the largest governments and enterprises.
This MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and Meslova. It will enable the two companies to develop and deploy various products and services for AD systems/platforms of the Armed Forces, wherein AI&ML is embedded and integrated as part of the products. BEL and Meslova would jointly develop, build, integrate and deploy embedded products, solutions and systems using AI&ML technologies for use in AD systems/platforms for domestic and export markets.
BEL is a multi-product, multi-technology, multi-unit conglomerate with various products in the areas of military communication, radars, naval systems, C4I systems, weapon systems, homeland security, telecom & broadcast systems, electronic warfare, tank electronics, electro-optics, professional electronic components and solar photovoltaic systems.
