TVS Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 8217.70, up by 95.80 points or 1.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 8121.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 8158.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8277.75 and Rs. 8158.00 respectively. So far 31 shares were traded on the counter.

TVS Holdings has acquired an additional stake of 11.66% in Emerald Haven Realty (EHRL), Subsidiary Company, by way of purchase of shares from an existing shareholder. Consequent to the additional acquisition, the company’s stake in EHRL has increased to 89.26% from 77.60%. EHRL presents great diversification potential which has been conceptualized by the company and hence this additional investment is made.
