The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 41.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 123.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.81 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.42 per cent at Rs 358.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 374.84 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.44 per cent to Rs 305.08 crore from Rs 211.22 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 110.12 per cent at Rs 7.27 crore versus (Sep'21 Rs 3.46 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 67.49 per cent to Rs 53.20 crore as against Rs 163.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.98 per cent in September quarter. Interest grew by 2050.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.86 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.72 per cent at Rs 16.09 crore (Sep'21 Rs 40.96 crore).
