Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) cum Application Form for the Schemes of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund (MF).
Baroda BNP Paribas MF has informed that the weekly frequency of Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) facility appearing under the Special Product/ facilities available in the SID of all the existing schemes providing such facility shall stand revised with effect from April 03, 2023.
The Existing Provision for Date of transfer / minimum amount of transfer (Weekly) is: Transfer on 1st, 7th, 15th and 25th of a month. While the Revised Provision will be Transfer on a specific day of the week (either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday). In case of weekly STP, investor has to select specific day of the week on which STP shall be processed. In case investor opts for weekly STP and doesn't mention the day, default day selected for STP shall be Wednesday.
All other terms and conditions of the aforesaid facility shall remain unchanged. AMC/ Fund reserves the right to amend, modify and/ or withdraw the aforesaid facility by issuing a suitable notice to this effect. This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID & KIM cum Application Form of the Fund read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other features and terms and conditions as mentioned in the SID & KIM cum Application Form of the Fund remain unchanged.
