Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces change in key personnel
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that Jay Sheth has been appointed as Senior Credit Analyst & Fund Manager and designated as key personnel of AMC with effect from Thursday, August 17, 2023.
Brief profile of Jay Sheth is as follows: Jay Sheth is 41 years old and his qualification is BE in Electronic s & Telecom and MBA in Finance. Sheth has an overall experience of 17 years with around 14.5 years of experience in credit risk analysis and credit ratings for mid to large corporates across various sectors. His last stint was with ICICI Bank, wherein he was responsible for credit risk analysis and assessment of credit proposals across industries. Prior to ICICI Bank, he has worked with ICRA for 14 years.
This Notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund and the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
