BLS International Services rises on inking pact with Directorate of Registration and Stamp Revenue in West Bengal

BLS International Services is currently trading at Rs. 194.50, up by 2.45 points or 1.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 192.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 196.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 199.60 and Rs. 191.40 respectively. So far 52482 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.05 on 17-Jun-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.50 on 28-Jun-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 229.05 and Rs. 191.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3969.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.36% and 24.05% respectively.

BLS International Services has been selected by Directorate of Registration and Stamp Revenue, Govt. of West Bengal for Computerization and e-Governance of Registration offices in West Bengal in PPP mode in Presidency Zone.

In this project, the company will Procure, Install & Commission the Hardware for 81 offices under Presidency Zone. Deployment of manpower, management and maintenance of manpower & Hardware will be done for 5 years. BLS will process 7 lakh transactions per annum in this project.
