BLS International surges on bagging contract from Italian govt to provide visa, legalisation services
BLS International Services is currently trading at Rs. 181.30, up by 0.60 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 180.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 180.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 183.30 and Rs. 179.45 respectively. So far 154430 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 209.15 on 14-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 83.38 on 28-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 190.45 and Rs. 179.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7396.81 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.62% and 17.97% respectively.
BLS International Services has been awarded a contract by the Italian government to provide visa and legalisation services in Senegal, beginning July 2023. Under the contract, BLS International will provide services for visas and legalisations in six major countries under the jurisdiction of the Italian Embassy in Dakar -- Senegal, The Gambia, Cabo Verde, the Republic of Guinea, Guinea Bissau and Mali. With this, the company has expanded its presence in Africa and nearby regions.
