Axis Mutual Fund files offer document for Asset Allocator Fund

Axis Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended Fund scheme named ‘Axis Asset Allocator Fund‘. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be nil and Exit load If redeemed / switched-out within 12 months - for 10% of investment: Nil For remaining investment: 1% If  redeemed/switched out after 12 months from the date of allotment: Nil. The scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite debt 50:50 Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide  long  term  capital  appreciation  by  actively  managing  portfolio  of  mutual  fund  schemes/ETFs  that  invest  in  different  asset  classes  including  equity, debt, commodities & REITs/InvITs.
