Archit Organosys jumps on getting nod to incorporate new wholly owned subsidiary

Archit Organosys has received approval to incorporate new wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Archit Lifescience’. The proposed new company shall be engaged primarily in the business of manufacturing chemicals namely ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, propyl acetate, acetaldehyde and acetic anhydride. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 25, 2022 has approved the same.
