The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 6.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.67 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 66.47 per cent at Rs 72.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 60.24 per cent to Rs 58.23 crore from Rs 36.34 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 38.40 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 2.63 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 67.46 per cent to Rs 14.00 crore as against Rs 8.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.62 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 120.42 per cent at Rs 5.29 crore (Mar'20 Rs 2.40 crore).
