The company acquired 100% stake in Sresta Natural Bioproducts for ?400 crore plus ?72.5 crore over 24 months making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
NTPC
The company and Maharashtra State Power Gen. Co. received LoI as successful resolution applicants to acquire 1,350 MW Sinnar Thermal Power (5×270 MW).
RPP Infra Projects
The company received ?282.88 crore order from UPSIDA for industrial area development at Bharapachpera, Pilibhit, to be completed in 18 months.

The company received NCLT approval for merger with Esteem Properties and demerger into Advent Hotels.
