The company’s subsidiary Bondada Green Engineering completed its first export order by exporting 1,982 tonnes WS Beams to GameChange Solar Corp, USA.
GMR Airports:
The company acquired 49% stake in Bird Delhi General Aviation Services through purchase of 4.90 lakh equity shares and 1.86 crore preference shares.
Jindal Drilling And Industries:
The company acquired jack-up rig “Jindal Pioneer” from Discovery Drilling, Singapore for $75 million funded via internal accruals.
Larsen & Toubro:
The company’s Building & Factories vertical won significant orders for 2 towers in Mumbai, 14 towers in Bangalore, 25 towers in Chennai, along with add-on orders.
Mahindra Logistics:
The company approved investment of Rs 35 crore in wholly-owned subsidiary MLL Express Services via rights issue for 3.5 crore equity shares.
Mukka Proteins:
The company received purchase orders worth Rs 44.28 crore from Avanti Feeds, Mukka Proteins Vietnam and Padma Feed, total order book Rs 200 crore.
Oriental Rail Infrastructure:
The company secured Rs 1.61 crore order from North Western Railways, Ajmer for supplying 66 PU Foam Cushion Material sets.
R Systems International:
The company launched IoT Smart C2C Connector on AWS to simplify smart home device integration for service providers globally.
Tata Consultancy Services:
The company partnered with Vantage Towers to launch a digital service platform for transforming telecom site management across Europe.
Wipro:
The company launched TelcoAI360, an AI-first Managed Services platform to help telcos cut costs, automate workflows, and accelerate product launches.
Zydus Lifesciences:
The company launched ANVIMO (Letermovir) in 240 mg and 480 mg doses, reducing CMV prophylaxis costs for transplant patients by 91%.
